Description
The Clod Buster returns for 2026, bringing back one of the most recognizable names in monster truck history with a faithful recreation of the original 1987 release. This 1/10 scale kit keeps the classic Clod Buster silhouette with a new red-molded polystyrene body, revised front grille, and an updated decal sheet that adds fresh illustrated artwork to the familiar big-rig look.
Underneath, it uses the proven Super Clod Buster platform with permanent 4WD and 4-wheel steering (4WS) for confident handling across a wide range of terrain. Twin Type 540 motors power sealed front and rear gearboxes, and a Hobbywing electronic speed control is included in the kit. Large 155mm semi-pneumatic tires provide solid traction on dirt, grass, and gravel, while the metal-plated grille and supercharger details add to the scale look.
This is an unassembled kit; a 2-channel transmitter and receiver, steering servo, 6-cell NiMH or 2S LiPo battery, and charger are needed to complete the build. A fun pick for longtime Clod Buster fans and newcomers alike.
