Description
The Spektrum Firma 150A Brushless Smart ESC V2 is a high-power sensorless speed control built for demanding 3S to 6S surface applications, and it serves as a direct replacement for the Firma 150A ESC installed in many large-scale brushless RTR vehicles. Rated at 150A continuous current with a 950A max burst, it is driven by a fast 32-bit ARM M4 processor for precise, responsive throttle control.
As part of the Spektrum Smart ecosystem, this ESC delivers all-in-one telemetry over a single wire to compatible Spektrum radios — real-time RPM, temperature, battery voltage, and capacity on your transmitter with no extra modules or sensors. The waterproof, all-weather design (IP67 rated) keeps it running through dust, gravel, snow, and water.
Programming is simple with multiple options: button programming, the Smart ESC programming box, or SmartLink USB updating. Multi-point protection covers over-current, automatic LiPo low-voltage cutoff, thermal, and failsafe protection. The adjustable high-power BEC outputs 6V or 7.4V at 5A.
Dual IC5 battery inputs (series) with 10AWG wire handle 3S-6S packs, and 4mm female bullet motor connections make installation solder-free. An aluminum heat sink and cooling fan manage temperatures during long, high-load runs.
