Description
Fine-tune the gearing of your high-powered RC vehicle with a Powerhobby Mod 1.5 Steel Pinion Gear. Designed for motors with an 8mm output shaft, these heavy-duty pinions are suitable for large-scale RC cars, trucks, speed-run vehicles, and other demanding applications.
The durable steel construction is designed to withstand the increased power and drivetrain loads produced by large-scale brushless systems. Tooth counts ranging from 11T through 17T allow you to select the gearing that best matches your desired acceleration, top speed, motor temperature, and driving conditions.
Lower tooth counts generally provide quicker acceleration and reduced motor load, while higher tooth counts may increase top speed when properly matched with the motor, ESC, battery, spur gear, and vehicle setup.
