Description
The Powerhobby High-Speed Cooling Fan is designed to improve airflow and help control operating temperatures on the Castle Creations Mamba XLX2 ESC.
The high-output fan uses a brushless motor and dual ball-bearing construction for dependable performance and extended service life. Its large 50 × 50 × 38mm design produces strong airflow to help the ESC remain cooler during demanding high-power operation.
The fan can be powered from a compatible receiver or directly from a 3S LiPo battery using the included adapter and on/off switch.

Verify the ESC model, available chassis clearance, mounting-hole alignment, and selected power-source voltage before installation.
Installation Note
Disconnect the vehicle batteries before removing or installing the cooling fan. Secure the fan with the included screws and confirm that the blades rotate freely without contacting the ESC housing, wiring, or nearby components.
When powering the fan through the receiver, verify that the receiver or BEC output is within the fan’s 5V–11.1V operating range and can provide sufficient current.
When using the included 3S adapter, confirm connector polarity before applying power. Secure all wiring away from gears, driveshafts, motor shafts, and other moving components.
