Description
Upgrade your Traxxas 4-Tec 2.0 drivetrain with a Powerhobby Hardened Steel 48-Pitch Spur Gear. CNC-machined from lightened hardened steel, these spur gears provide increased strength and durability compared with standard plastic gearing.
The black oxide coating helps protect the gear against corrosion and wear while providing a clean, finished appearance. Multiple tooth-count options are available, allowing you to fine-tune the vehicle’s acceleration, top speed, and overall gearing for different motors and driving conditions.
Lower tooth counts generally provide taller gearing and greater top-speed potential, while higher tooth counts generally provide quicker acceleration and reduced motor load.
