The unique characteristic from which the name of "NSR Combined tire machine" is: Along with the classic tire truer you have the possibility to quickly machine down sponge tires as well as running in (on the right hand side) the rubber tires you just trued.
TYRE TRUER: On the Left Hand Side you can true any sort of tire, either rubber or sponge, and with either 3/32" or 3 mm rims hole thanks to the double size axle. There is a micrometric gain regulation due to a graduated disc. There are two independent switches, that control power to the two motors, that drive the axle as well as the sanding disc by double belt, with a counter rotating movement to guarantee a precise and quick tire true.
RUNNING IN/CONDITIONING TYRES: On the Right Hand Side, you install the tower carrying the 3/32" axle, which carries one of the two tires in a position to face the other tire mounted on the main axle. Then apply a few drops of NSR 4605 Tire Treatment Oil on to the tires, then switch on the main motor only, and using the graduated disc adjustment knob, you make contact between the two tires. The generated friction will warm up the tires and work the tire treatment oil into the tires to Condition them and get them softer. You can leave it running until you reach your desired softness (add a few more drops of oil once a while is recommended).
ROUGH SPONGE TYRE CUTTER: On the Right Hand Side, install the tower carrying the blade by which you can quickly machine down any sponge tires (either 3/32" or 3 mm Rim's hole) close to the dimension you need.
After that you mount the Sponge Tire on the Left Hand Side with the sanding disc to True the Tire down to the desired diameter.
