This Losi nylock nut is machined from strong steel alloy and sized for M5 threaded hardware used throughout Losi RC cars and trucks. The nylon insert ring inside the nut grips the screw threads and resists loosening under the constant vibration, shock, and impact RC vehicles experience during hard driving, holding critical fasteners tight where a standard nut could work its way free over time. This makes it especially useful on suspension pivots, turnbuckles, and other joints that see repeated movement and stress. The steel body handles the clamping torque without deforming or stripping, so the nut keeps a secure, reliable hold through repeated maintenance and rebuilds. As a direct factory replacement, it matches Losi's original thread pitch and dimensions, installing straight onto stock hardware without modification, and it also works well as spare hardware for builders replacing worn or lost nylock nuts found while servicing a vehicle. Each package includes 10 nuts, enough to refresh several joints in one order or keep spares on hand for ongoing maintenance.
