Description
This aluminum differential housing was originally engineered for the TLR 5IVE-B and is compatible with all variants across the Losi 5IVE platform, including 5IVE-T and 5IVE-TE. Built from a race-proven, two-piece aluminum alloy design, it offers greater rigidity and impact resistance than a stock plastic housing, helping protect the differential internals from flexing or cracking under hard landings and high-torque acceleration. The upgraded material also dissipates heat more effectively than plastic, which can help extend diff life during long, demanding runs. This is a performance upgrade over the factory plastic housing rather than a simple like-for-like replacement, aimed at drivers who push their trucks hard in racing or heavy bashing conditions. The package includes the two-piece housing, a diff housing cap with bushing, two diff seals, two O-rings, and eight M4x12mm flat head screws, providing everything needed for a complete housing rebuild in one purchase. Installation follows the stock differential mounting layout for a direct swap.
