Description
This rear shock tower is a replacement chassis component for the Losi 5IVE-T 3.0 platform, compatible across all 5IVE variants. The shock tower anchors the upper shock mounts to the chassis, controlling suspension geometry and shock angle for consistent handling over rough terrain. Machined from high-quality aluminum alloy, it offers strong resistance to bending and cracking under hard landings, holding up better than composite towers that can flex or fail under repeated impact. By maintaining the proven suspension geometry of the original design, this tower preserves the truck's factory-tuned handling characteristics rather than altering ride height or shock angle. This is a direct factory-spec replacement, matching the stock mounting pattern and shock positions, so it bolts on using the original hardware without any additional fabrication. A bent or cracked shock tower can throw off suspension travel and shock performance, so replacing it restores proper damping and consistent handling. This part is intended for 5IVE-T 3.0 owners repairing crash damage to the rear shock tower or upgrading from a composite tower to a stronger aluminum alternative for demanding bashing and racing use.
