Description
This hardware kit provides the small parts needed to service the bleeder-style shock caps used across the entire Losi 5IVE platform lineup, including 5IVE-T, 5IVE-B, and 5IVE-MINI variants. The bleeder shock design allows air to be purged from the shock body during rebuilds, and this kit supplies the o-rings and fasteners that keep that system sealed and secure. Included are shock cap o-rings that maintain an oil-tight seal at the bleeder point, along with M2.5 x 8mm button head screws paired with copper washers that clamp the cap firmly in place while preventing the screws from marring the plastic cap surface. These are factory-spec replacement parts, matched to the original shock cap hardware, so they install directly without modification. Over time, o-rings harden and washers wear from repeated shock rebuilds, leading to oil seepage or a loose cap; refreshing these components restores proper sealing and shock performance. The package includes four o-rings and four button head screws with matching copper washers, enough to service two shocks per set. This is a practical maintenance kit for 5IVE owners performing routine shock rebuilds or fixing a leaking bleeder cap.
