Description
This shock plastics and balls kit is a direct-fit rebuild set engineered for all variants of the Losi 5IVE platform, including 5IVE-T, 5IVE-B, and 5IVE-TE trucks. Molded from strong composite material, the kit covers the internal wear components of the shock assembly, including shock bushings, a lower shock cap, spring cups, rod ends, a shock shaft bushing and guide, and lower pivot balls. These parts see constant friction and flex every time the shock compresses and rebounds, so they are among the first components to wear out on a heavily used truck. Replacing them restores smooth, consistent shock action and helps prevent oil leaks caused by worn bushings or seals. Four of each included piece are provided, enough to fully rebuild a set of shocks in one purchase rather than sourcing individual parts separately. As a genuine Losi factory part, this kit matches the original dimensions and fitment exactly, making it a straightforward maintenance solution for keeping the shocks on a 5IVE-platform truck performing like new.
