This CV joint and pin set is a drivetrain component for all Losi 5IVE variants. Made from high-grade steel, the constant-velocity couplings transmit power from the driveshafts to the wheel hubs while allowing the axles to articulate smoothly through suspension travel and steering angle changes, which is essential on a large-scale off-road truck with significant suspension movement. The set includes two axle CV couplings and two matching CV pins, giving builders what's needed to rebuild one full axle's worth of driveline hardware. Steel construction handles the twisting and shock loads that CV joints see under hard acceleration, braking, and impacts, resisting the wear and eventual failure that can develop in these high-stress drivetrain components over time. This is a direct factory replacement for the original 5IVE CV joints and pins, installing in the same location with the same fit as stock hardware.
