Description
This shock body and cap set is a genuine Losi replacement for the internal spring shock assemblies used on the LMT 2.0 monster truck platform. Each package includes two complete 62mm shock bodies with caps, sized to match the internal spring shock design rather than the separate dampening-style shocks, so it is important to match this part to the correct shock type on your truck. Shock bodies can crack, strip threads, or develop wear at the cap seal over time, especially after hard impacts, rollovers, or repeated rebuilds, and a damaged body will leak oil and lose damping consistency no matter how fresh the internals are. Replacing the body and cap as a set restores a clean sealing surface and proper thread engagement for the cap, giving you a solid foundation to rebuild the rest of the shock around. This is a direct-fit factory part designed specifically for LMT 2.0 internal spring shocks, making it a straightforward swap with basic tools. Keep a spare set on hand for repairs after a hard crash or as part of a full shock rebuild when you are already replacing seals, pistons, and springs.
