This is the front suspension plate set for Kyosho's Inferno platform, in the black finish.
Suspension plates are the retainers that hold the inner hinge pins in the front lower arm mounts. They look like simple brackets but they carry real load, because everything the front suspension generates is transmitted through those pins and into the plates holding them.
They are also a geometry component. Kyosho supplies plates in different configurations, and which one you fit determines where the inner pivot sits, which in turn sets roll centre, anti-squat and kick-up. Those three between them control how the car reacts to throttle, how much it rolls in a corner and how it behaves over bumps, so a plate change is a real setup decision rather than just a repair.
A cracked or distorted plate lets the pin move, which quietly changes geometry before it ever visibly fails, and it is worth inspecting after any heavy front-end impact. Kyosho notes this part interchanges with IF113BL. Dealers list fitment across the Inferno NEO, Inferno VE, Inferno GT2, MP-7.5 and MP777.
