Description
The Kyosho EZ017 Upper Rod Set is the genuine set of upper suspension links for the Sand Master, Kyosho's 1/10 scale 2WD off-road buggy in the EZ series. These rods connect the top of each hub carrier back to the chassis, and along with the lower arm they form the geometry that controls camber through suspension travel. Getting them right is what keeps the tires sitting flat on the ground under load rather than rolling onto their edges.
Upper links are exposed and relatively slim, so they bend or pop loose in the kind of rollovers and hard landings this buggy is built for. A bent link changes camber on that corner and makes the buggy pull to one side, which is easy to misdiagnose as a steering or tire problem. These install as direct factory replacements using the original hardware, restoring the geometry exactly as designed. Package includes a complete four-piece rod set covering the upper links.
