Description
The HPI Racing 77104 Racing Clutch Bell 14 Tooth is a bolt-on gearing upgrade for the HPI Savage line of monster trucks, and also fits the MT-2 and Rush Evo with the addition of #B021 ball bearings and the #86045 engine mount. It's machined from high-strength steel and hardened for long-lasting durability under hard nitro use.
Machined lightening holes cut weight for quicker acceleration while also helping cool the clutch shoes for consistent, fade-free performance run after run. Each bell is stamped with its tooth count for easy identification in the pit or at the track. This clutch bell works with the stock Savage spur gear, and is a mandatory upgrade for anyone running HPI's hardened steel spur gears.
Clutch bell tooth count is a simple way to tune gearing to the track: a 14 tooth bell favors quicker acceleration and stronger low-end torque over outright top speed, making it a solid choice for tight courses, steep hills, or technical bashing terrain where punch matters more than a higher top end.
