This is a genuine HPI Racing cup joint in 4x10x17mm size. Cup joints are the driveline connection points that transfer power while allowing suspension movement, and they wear gradually with every run.
Replacing a worn cup joint with this factory-spec part removes driveline slop and keeps power delivery smooth and quiet. It fits in place of the original and installs with basic hand tools during routine drivetrain service.
