Description
This Axial 35-Turn 540-size brushed motor, known as the Slick Rock 35T, is a direct-fit replacement and upgrade motor for Axial RC crawlers that use a standard 540-size brushed motor mount, including SCX10 and SCX10 II platform vehicles. The 35-turn winding is tuned for low-end torque and controlled speed rather than outright top speed, which is exactly what's needed for technical rock crawling where precise, manageable power delivery matters more than raw acceleration.
It's a straightforward swap for a worn-out or underperforming stock motor, and it's also a popular choice for drivers who want more consistent crawling torque than some stock motors provide. Being a standard 540-size can, it drops into the same mount and gearbox as the factory motor without requiring modifications, and it works with typical ESCs and drivetrain setups used across Axial's brushed crawler lineup.
