Description
The ARRMA ARAC9378 Steel Turnbuckle set contains two M4x34mm turnbuckles for ARRMA vehicles.
Turnbuckles are the adjustable threaded links used in the suspension and steering, connecting to rod ends at both ends. They use opposing left and right hand threads, which means turning the centre section with a wrench lengthens or shortens the link while both ends stay connected to the vehicle. That makes geometry adjustments quick and repeatable, letting you dial in camber, toe, or steering settings between runs without disassembling the suspension.
Steel is what makes them durable at this size. An M4 steel turnbuckle resists the bending that softer materials suffer under impact, and it holds its adjustment under load rather than flexing and letting the geometry wander mid run. A bent link changes the setting it was carefully adjusted to, which usually shows up as the vehicle pulling to one side or handling differently left to right.
Because links bend in almost any significant crash, keeping a spare pair on the bench is what lets you restore correct geometry quickly rather than running a compromised setup.
These are direct factory replacements that install with the stock rod ends and hardware. Two turnbuckles are included.
