The ARRMA ARAC5031 Pin set contains four 2.5x15.2mm pins, also catalogued under ARRMA part number AR713029.
Pins of this size are used throughout an RC chassis as pivot and retaining hardware, holding suspension and drivetrain components in position while allowing them to rotate or articulate. Because they locate parts rather than simply fasten them, their condition directly affects how tightly the assembly holds together.
Small pins are easy to overlook and easy to lose. They fall out during disassembly, disappear into the grass when a suspension component breaks in a crash, and are simple to misplace on the workbench mid-rebuild. Having spares on hand is what keeps a repair moving instead of stalling over a component worth a fraction of the parts around it.
They also wear. A pin that has been bent or scored by repeated load will bind in its bore and cause the connected part to move stiffly rather than freely, which changes how the suspension or drivetrain behaves. Fitting fresh pins restores smooth operation.
These are direct factory replacements that install in the stock locations with no modification. Four pins are included.
