Description
The ARRMA ARA722206 is an M2x6mm flat head screw, used as fine fastening hardware in ARRMA vehicles.
At M2 this is one of the smallest fasteners in the ARRMA hardware range, reserved for lightweight and tightly packed assemblies where a larger screw simply will not fit. Screws this size typically secure electronics mounts, servo hardware, small covers, body detail parts, and similar components where the clamping load is modest but precise fitment matters.
The flat head profile seats into a countersunk hole so the head finishes flush with the surface, leaving nothing standing proud to catch on adjacent parts or interfere with a component sitting above. The tapered head also self-centres as it tightens, which helps locate the parts it joins accurately.
Small fasteners demand more care than large ones. There is very little material in an M2 hex socket, so an incorrectly sized or worn driver will round the drive almost immediately, and overtightening can strip the thread or snap the screw outright. They are also the easiest hardware to lose, disappearing instantly if dropped on a workshop floor.
This is a direct factory replacement manufactured to the correct thread and countersink specification, installing in the stock locations with no modification.
