Description
The ARRMA ARA402361 is a genuine factory replacement body shell for the ARRMA Outcast 4X4 BLX stunt truck, supplied painted, decaled, and trimmed.
Painted, decaled, and trimmed means every finishing step has already been completed. The shell is sprayed, the decals are applied, and the wheel arches and cutouts are cut to their final lines. A clear bodyshell by comparison arrives as untrimmed polycarbonate requiring masking, backing coats, curing time, decal work, and careful trimming before it can be fitted at all.
The polycarbonate construction is chosen for a balance of strength and flexibility, letting the shell absorb impact and spring back rather than cracking. That is particularly relevant on the Outcast, which is built for wheelies, backflips, and landings on angles a conventional basher body would never encounter.
Body shells are consumable on this platform. The mounting holes gradually elongate under repeated impact until the shell no longer clamps tight, at which point it shifts during runs and cracks around the posts.
This is a direct replacement for the kit supplied item. The mounting holes and cutouts match the stock locations, and the shell clears the suspension, towers, and tires with no trimming or drilling required.
