Description
The ARRMA ARA402360 is a genuine factory replacement body shell for the ARRMA Outcast 4X4 4S BLX stunt truck, supplied painted, decaled, and trimmed.
The shell is moulded from strong and flexible polycarbonate, and the flexibility matters as much as the strength. A body that flexes on impact absorbs the hit and returns to shape, where a rigid material would crack. On a stunt truck that spends its life landing on every face of the vehicle, that property is the difference between a body lasting a season and lasting a weekend.
The aggressive styling is designed for more than appearance. The profile is shaped for aerodynamic performance at the high speeds the Outcast is capable of, which contributes to how the truck behaves in the air and at speed.
Because it arrives factory finished, there is no masking, spraying, curing, decal application, or trimming needed. It goes straight onto the body posts.
This is a direct replacement for the kit supplied body, so the mounting holes and cutouts align with the stock locations and the shell clears the suspension and tires through full travel without modification. Given how exposed the body is on a stunt truck, a spare on the shelf is practical rather than optional.
