Description
The ARRMA ARA402358 is a genuine factory replacement body shell for the ARRMA Kraton 4X4 BLX monster truck, supplied painted, decaled, and trimmed.
Painted, decaled, and trimmed means every step of the finishing work is already done. The shell has been sprayed, the decals applied, and the wheel arches and cutouts trimmed to their final lines. Compare that to a clear bodyshell, which arrives as untrimmed polycarbonate and needs masking, backing coats, curing time, decal application, and careful scissor work before it can go on the truck. This one goes straight onto the body posts.
Body shells are consumable on a vehicle like the Kraton. They take the impact in every rollover and hard landing, and the mounting holes gradually elongate until the shell no longer sits tight. Once a body is cracked around the posts, replacing it is more practical than patching it.
This is a direct factory replacement for the Kraton 4X4 BLX, so the post holes and cutouts match the stock mounting locations and the shell clears the suspension and tires through full travel with no trimming or drilling required.
