Description
The ARRMA ARA330815 Sway Bar Rod Ends set provides the connecting links that tie the sway bar to the suspension arms, and appears in the ARRMA Kraton 6S platform including the V6 and EXB versions.
A sway bar, also called an anti roll bar, resists body roll by linking the left and right sides of the suspension together. When the chassis leans in a corner and one side compresses more than the other, the bar twists and pushes back, keeping the vehicle flatter and the tires at a better angle to the ground. The rod ends are what transmit that force between the bar and the suspension arms, so they carry meaningful load every time the vehicle changes direction.
Because they work constantly and sit low on the chassis where debris strikes, sway bar rod ends wear and eventually loosen or break. Worn links introduce play into the sway bar system, which means the bar does not begin acting until the chassis has already rolled part way. The result is vague, delayed handling that feels like the sway bar is undersized when the real problem is slop in the linkage.
These are direct factory replacements that install in the stock locations with no modification. The set includes two left anti roll bar links and two right anti roll bar links.
