ARRMA ARA330810 Steel Ball Set

The ARRMA ARA330810 Steel Ball Set is a genuine factory replacement pivot ball set for ARRMA 223S series vehicles, including the Granite 223S, Senton 223S, and Vorteks 223S. Pivot balls are the spherical pins that seat inside the ball cups on suspension links, shock ends, and steering links, letting those connections articulate smoothly while holding position under load.

This set covers three separate locations on the vehicle in one package. It includes twelve steel suspension link pivot balls measuring 7mm diameter with a 2mm shoulder, 5.5mm flange, and 3mm bore; eight steel shock pivot balls measuring 6mm diameter with a 2mm shoulder and 3.2mm bore; and two steel steering pivot balls measuring 6mm diameter with a 3mm bore. That is enough hardware to refresh the link, shock, and steering pivots across the whole vehicle at once.

Steel is the reason these last. Pivot balls live in constant articulation under suspension load, and softer materials wear oval over time, which introduces slop into the suspension and makes the truck feel vague and inconsistent. Steel holds its shape and its surface finish far longer, keeping the ball-to-cup fit tight.
