Description
The ARRMA ARA320806 Side Guard Set provides genuine replacement side guards designed for the extra-long wheelbase chassis used on the 1/10 scale ARRMA Kraton 4X4 4S V2 BLX. These guards are specifically designed to be fitted to the sides of the vehicle, above the chassis, closing off the gap where dirt and debris would otherwise get thrown straight into the electronics and drivetrain.
Molded from a resilient composite material, the guards flex through impacts and spring back rather than shattering, giving increased protection from dirt ingress run after run. They mount directly in the factory locations on the extra-long wheelbase chassis, so swapping out a damaged guard is a fast, straightforward job with no cutting or fitting.
Side guards take constant abuse from roost, curb strikes, and rollovers, and a cracked guard leaves the ESC, receiver, and diffs exposed to exactly the grit that shortens their life. Replacing worn guards promptly is one of the cheapest ways to protect the expensive parts of a 4S basher. This set is a direct replacement for the kit-supplied items.
