Description
This ARRMA battery door set is the replacement battery compartment door for the 1/10 2WD platforms, finished in blue to match the factory trim. The battery door retains the pack in the chassis — it takes the hit whenever the truck lands on its side and it gets opened and closed after every single run, making it one of the highest-cycle parts on the vehicle.
The door is molded from tough composite material with precision molded latch and hinge features that engage the chassis positively. A cracked door or a worn latch tab means a battery that can shift under hard cornering or, worse, eject during a rollover — replacing it restores secure, confident pack retention.
Because this is a wear-and-tear item rather than a crash-only part, keeping a spare on the shelf is sensible for anyone running the truck regularly.
