Description
The ARRMA ARA311188 Centre Diff Gear Cover is the factory replacement cover for the center differential gear on ARRMA's 1/8 scale 6S platforms. It is a standard fitment part on the Kraton 6S V6, Kraton 6S EXB, and Notorious 6S V6, protecting the center diff spur area from the rocks, dirt, and debris that get flung through the chassis during hard off-road running.
The cover shields the meshing gears at the heart of the drivetrain — the point where all the power from the motor passes through on its way to the front and rear axles. A cracked or missing cover leaves that mesh exposed, and a single pebble in the wrong place can chew up a spur gear in seconds. Replacing a damaged cover is cheap insurance compared to rebuilding the diff behind it.
As a genuine ARRMA component, this cover matches the factory geometry exactly, bolting into the stock chassis mounting points without modification. It also pairs with ARRMA's front and rear brace tube options that are sized specifically around this cover design on Kraton and Talion models.
