This ARRMA CNC-machined aluminum chassis in black is the premium XLWB (extra-long wheelbase) chassis plate for the Talion 6S EXB — the backbone of the entire truck, machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum. 7075-T6 is the strongest common aluminum alloy, chosen where maximum strength-to-weight matters.
CNC machining delivers a dead-flat plate with every mounting hole exactly where the factory geometry demands. Where a bent chassis quietly ruins handling — the truck never quite tracks straight again after that one huge landing — 7075-T6 resists bending far beyond standard plates.
A chassis swap is the moment for a full rebuild: everything comes off, gets inspected, and goes back onto a perfectly straight foundation.
