Description
This ARRMA composite chassis is the replacement 176mm main chassis for GROM platform trucks — the backbone every other component bolts to. When a truck has been driven hard enough for long enough, the chassis accumulates stress cracks around mounting points and impact zones, and a fresh chassis is the foundation of a full rebuild.
Molded from tough composite material, the chassis balances stiffness for precise handling with the flex that lets it survive slamming into things at full speed — the design brief of every GROM. All factory mounting locations are precision molded, so gearboxes, electronics, body posts, and bumpers transfer over with no modification.
A chassis swap is also the moment the whole truck gets refreshed: everything comes off, gets inspected, and goes back on a straight, crack-free platform.
Fitment is ARRMA GROM platform vehicles using the 176mm chassis, including the Quake GROM. The package includes one 176mm composite chassis.
