Description
This ARRMA Type E motor heatsink is the replacement clamp-on cooling solution for GROM platform motors. Even at small scale, the motor is working hard — GROM trucks get run back-to-back-to-back on warm days, and heat is what quietly eats motor performance and lifespan.
The finned design clamps around the motor can, multiplying the surface area available to shed heat and letting airflow through the chassis carry it away. It's passive protection: no wiring, no power draw, just cooler running from the moment it's installed.
The Type E sizing matches the GROM's motor can — it pairs naturally with the 25mm fan set (ARA-2756) for maximum cooling when the truck sees sustained hard running.
Fitment is the ARRMA GROM platform including the Quake GROM — confirm your motor size against the exploded parts diagram. The package includes one Type E motor heatsink.
