Description
This ARRMA steel center driveshaft is the replacement center shaft for GROM platform trucks built on the 176mm chassis. The center driveshaft carries all drive power from the transmission to the axles — it spins at full transmission speed every moment the truck moves, making its straightness and strength critical to smooth power delivery.
Manufactured from steel for long-lasting durability, the shaft resists the twisting loads of hard launches and the bending loads of chassis-slamming landings that can gradually bow a lesser shaft. A straight, true center shaft runs vibration-free; a bent one buzzes the whole chassis and chews through bearings and drive cups.
If the truck develops a drivetrain vibration after a big impact, the center shaft is the first thing to check — and this steel replacement is the direct fix.
Fitment is ARRMA GROM platform vehicles with the 176mm chassis, including the Quake GROM. The package includes one steel center driveshaft.
