Description
This ARRMA 61-tooth spur gear in MOD 0.5 pitch is the replacement main drive gear for the GROM platform. The spur is the first gear in the drivetrain — every bit of motor power passes through it, and it's the gear that sacrifices its teeth when a hard landing or a rock jam shock-loads the driveline.
Precision molded teeth mesh cleanly with the GROM's 0.5 MOD pinions for smooth, quiet running and efficient power transfer. A stripped spur is the classic small-truck failure — the motor spins, the truck doesn't move — and the fix is minutes with a spare on hand.
Pairing a fresh spur with your choice of pinion (13T–21T available in the GROM line) also lets you tune gearing: smaller pinions for torque and cooler running, larger for top speed.
Fitment is the ARRMA GROM platform including the Quake GROM. The package includes one 61T MOD 0.5 spur gear.
