These high-quality ARRMA 3x8x12mm steel balls are an ideal replacement part for your ARRMA vehicle. These are the longer-shank siblings to the 3x8x8 pivot balls, used where the linkage geometry needs the ball's mounting surface stood off further from the part it threads into.
Each ball is made from tough steel for long-lasting durability and consistent operation in all conditions, precision manufactured to a 3mm bore, 8mm ball diameter, and 12mm overall length. That precision is the whole job: a smooth, exact ball surface lets rod ends articulate freely without binding or slop through every steering input and suspension cycle.
Worn pivot balls show up as steering slop and rattly linkages — gradual enough that most drivers only notice once fresh balls tighten the whole front end back up. At this price, replacing them alongside rod ends during any rebuild is automatic.
