This high-quality ARRMA center tower brace provides a direct replacement part for your kit item. The center tower brace ties the front and rear shock tower structures together across the middle of the chassis, resisting the twisting and flexing loads that hard landings and rollover impacts feed into the truck's backbone.
The brace is molded from tough composite material to hold its shape through repeated impacts. A solid center brace keeps the chassis structure square, which keeps the drivetrain aligned and the suspension geometry consistent — the difference between a truck that feels tight and one that's developed a vague, worn-out feel.
Bracing is also sacrificial by design: a brace that cracks in a monster crash absorbed energy that would otherwise have gone into gearbox cases or the chassis tub. Checking the brace after big hits and swapping a damaged one is quick, cheap maintenance.
