Description
This ARRMA center diff mount and cover set contains the perfect replacement parts for your kit items. The center diff mount cradles the center differential in the chassis and holds it in precise alignment with the input and output drivelines, while the gear cover seals the diff gear against dirt and debris — two small parts doing critical work at the literal center of the drivetrain.
Both pieces are molded from tough composite material for long-lasting durability and a consistent fit through repeated removal and reinstallation — important, because the center diff comes out during every diff fluid service.
A worn mount lets the center diff shift under load, degrading gear mesh and accelerating wear on the spur and pinion; a cracked cover lets grit into the gears. Replacing both during a center diff rebuild is cheap insurance for the far more expensive gears they support.
