Description
This ARRMA Mesh-Safe plate set takes the guesswork out of setting gear mesh when changing pinions on the Fury 223S 2WD platform. Gear mesh is the make-or-break adjustment in any pinion swap: too tight and the gears bind, overheat, and eat the motor bearings; too loose and the spur strips the first time you punch the throttle.
Each Mesh-Safe plate is machined to set the correct motor position for a specific pinion tooth count — the set covers 13T through 20T pinions — so instead of the old paper-strip trial-and-error method, you select the plate matching your pinion, locate the motor against it, and tighten the mount screws. Perfect mesh, every time, in seconds.
For drivers who swap pinions to tune between top speed and acceleration, this set turns a fiddly bench job into a repeatable trackside adjustment and protects the spur gear from expensive mesh mistakes.
Fitment is the ARRMA Fury 223S 2WD platform with the factory motor mount. The package includes Mesh-Safe plates covering 13T to 20T pinion sizes.
