Description
This ARRMA inner body support set provides the internal bracing that holds the body shell rigid on the Senton 223S. A large short course body will flex and cave under aerodynamic load at speed and collapse inward during rollovers — the supports brace it from the inside so the shell holds its shape instead of creasing and cracking along the stress lines.
The supports are molded from tough composite material for long-lasting durability during extreme RC action, with precision molded mounting points that locate correctly against the body and chassis. Bracing the shell also protects the paint and decals from the permanent creasing that happens whenever an unsupported body folds.
These pieces take the hit in exactly the crashes a short course truck invites, so they crack and wear as intended — replacing them is far cheaper than replacing the painted body shell they protect.
Fitment is the ARRMA Senton 223S. Works alongside the body release (ARA-1610) and dirt guard (ARA-1611) sets in the clipless body system. The package includes the complete inner body support set.
