Description
This ARRMA body roof support set provides the internal bracing that holds the roof section of the body shell rigid on the 1/8 scale 6S BLX V6 platforms. A large body will flex and cave in over the cab under aerodynamic load and in rollovers — the roof supports brace it from the inside so the shell keeps its shape instead of collapsing and cracking along the stress lines.
The supports are molded from tough composite material for long-lasting durability during extreme RC action, with precision molded mounting points that locate correctly against the body and chassis. Supporting the roof also protects the paint and decals from the creasing that happens whenever an unsupported shell folds.
Because these pieces take the hit in exactly the rollovers that a 6S basher invites, they crack and wear as intended — replacing them is far cheaper than replacing the body shell they protect.
Fitment covers the ARRMA Kraton 6S BLX V6 and Outcast 6S BLX V6 platforms. The package includes the complete body roof support set.
