Description
Aluminum spring retainers (adjusters) for GT-Maxx shocks with a gray anodized finish. Four per package, assembled with o-rings.
The spring retainer threads onto the shock body and sets spring preload, which is how you adjust ride height and how much the truck sits into its travel. The o-ring is what stops the collar walking under vibration — without it, preload drifts during a run and the corners end up mismatched. Aluminum holds thread form far better than composite under repeated adjustment.
Fits: Traxxas GT-Maxx shocks, as used on Maxx (89086-4) and Maxx Ultimate (89087-4).
