Description
The Traxxas 10789 is a single fully assembled driveshaft for the Mini Maxx WideMaxx suspension kit, supplied with its screw pin. It fits any of the four corners — left or right, front or rear — and arrives ready to install with no building required.
This is the extended-length shaft that the wider WideMaxx track demands; it is made for use with the #10790 WideMaxx suspension kit and is not interchangeable with the standard Mini Maxx driveshafts. Running standard shafts with WideMaxx arms will not work, so the shafts have to be matched to the setup.
Driveshafts take the full brunt of brushless torque plus the shock loads of landings, which makes them a genuine consumable on a truck that gets driven hard. Because this is sold individually, you can replace just the one corner that failed rather than buying a full set — though keeping a spare in the pit box is the difference between a five-minute fix and packing up early. Package includes one assembled driveshaft and screw pin.
