Description
The Traxxas 10961-RED is a pair of aluminum GT-Maxx front shocks for the Funco Pro Scale sand car (model 109076-4), anodized in brilliant red. They install as direct replacements for the stock front shocks, sold as a pair so both front corners match.
GT-Maxx shocks are built for plush, consistent damping on rough terrain. Extra-large-diameter shock shafts move smoothly through the seals for responsive damping over sharp hits, and the machined aluminum bodies handle heat and abuse far better than plastic. Threaded bodies with adjustable collars let you dial ride height precisely at each corner, and captured lower spring retainers stay secure on the hardest landings instead of popping loose.
On the front of the Funco these dampers control the long-travel arms through whoops, jump faces, and flat landings, so a fresh, matched pair restores handling that worn or blown stock shocks give away. The anodized bodies also color-match the rest of the aluminum upgrade line. Package includes two fully assembled front shocks.
