Description
The Traxxas 6934 is the body conversion kit that lets older Slash 2WD and Slash 4X4 trucks accept the current clipless-mount bodies. It includes the front and rear latch mounts, latches, and all required hardware.
Traxxas moved the Slash line to clipless body mounting, where hidden latches replace traditional body posts and clips. Every new pre-painted Slash body — the 5851, 5924, 6910, 6941, 6946, 6844 color series and the special editions — ships with latches fitted and expects a chassis with clipless mounts. If your truck predates the change, this kit is the bridge: install it once and the whole current body range fits.
The payoff of converting is day-to-day convenience. Bodies snap on and off in seconds for battery changes and maintenance, there are no clips to drop in the grass, and the body sits clean with nothing poking through it.
If you only need a body for a truck that already has clipless mounts, you do not need this kit — it is specifically for converting older chassis.
