Description
The Traxxas 6812-RED is a factory pre-painted replacement body for the Slash VXL 2WD, finished in red with all decals applied, and assembled with front and rear latches for the Traxxas clipless body mounting system. It also fits the Slash 4X4.
The clipless system replaces body clips with hidden latches, so the body snaps on and off in seconds with nothing to lose and clean, unbroken body lines. Latches come pre-installed.
Fitment note: mounts directly to current Slash models with clipless mounts. Older chassis require the conversion parts — #6940 for the Slash 2WD, or #6976 and #10125 for the Slash 4X4. The legacy clip-style red VXL body is part 6812R if your truck keeps traditional posts and clips.
The shell is polycarbonate, fully trimmed, and ready to run as delivered with no painting or decal work.
