Description
Upgrade the Axial SCX30 from brushed power to smooth, efficient brushless performance with the Powerhobby FOC Brushless ESC and Motor Combo.
The included FAM32-25A ESC uses a simulated Field-Oriented Control algorithm to provide smooth low-speed operation, precise throttle modulation, and strong crawling torque. Its compact metal housing improves protection and heat dissipation while fitting into the SCX30’s limited chassis space.
The compact brushless motor is prewired with bullet connectors for an easy connection to the ESC. This system is designed for technical crawling where controlled starts, predictable throttle response, and low-speed precision are important.

Designed as a brushless power-system upgrade for the Axial SCX30. Verify chassis clearance, battery connector compatibility, receiver setup, and drivetrain condition before installation.
Installation Note
Use a compatible 2S LiPo battery only. Confirm correct battery polarity and securely connect all three motor wires before applying power.
Complete the ESC calibration and verify the motor’s rotation direction before driving. If the motor rotates backward, follow the ESC instructions for reversing motor direction. Make sure the drivetrain moves freely and monitor motor and ESC temperatures during the first run.
