The Losi LOSB3540 is a front and rear differential outdrive set built for the LST, Aftershock, LST, and XXL. Outdrives connect the differential's internal gearing to the driveshafts, transferring power out to the wheels while allowing the differential to function correctly.
A worn or rounded outdrive can slip under load or introduce play into your drivetrain, both of which reduce how efficiently power gets from your engine to the ground, particularly noticeable during hard acceleration on these large, powerful trucks. Because outdrives see constant torque load every time you're on the throttle, they're a wear item worth checking whenever your drivetrain starts to feel less responsive than it used to. This genuine Losi set covers both front and rear positions, giving you a complete refresh in one purchase rather than sourcing individual outdrives.
