Description
The Losi LOSA6321 is a pack of 4 5mm lock nuts with right and left threads, built for the LST, XXL, and LST/2. Having both right and left-hand threaded nuts in one pack is important because these large-scale trucks use opposing thread directions on certain turnbuckles and linkages to allow length adjustment without the parts unthreading themselves during use.
Lock nuts use a nylon insert or deformed thread to resist loosening under vibration, which matters on a truck that generates as much shock and vibration as an LST or XXL does during hard driving. A lost or worn lock nut can let a turnbuckle or linkage drift out of adjustment over time, throwing off your alignment settings.
