This pack of flanged nylock nuts sized M5 is a genuine Losi hardware replacement made from strong steel alloy for RC applications requiring a self-locking fastener. The integrated flange spreads clamping force over a wider surface area than a standard nut, reducing the chance of the fastener digging into or damaging plastic or composite components, while the nylon insert resists loosening from the vibration and repeated impacts typical of off-road and on-road RC use. This makes the nut well suited for securing wheel hexes, shock shafts, turnbuckles, and other threaded connections where a fastener backing out could cause a failure. As a direct factory-spec replacement, this nut matches original Losi hardware dimensions exactly, threading onto stock M5 hardware without modification. Keeping correctly sized locking nuts on hand makes it simple to replace one that has been stripped, lost, or worn out from repeated removal and reinstallation during maintenance. Ten flanged nylock nuts are included in every package, enough for multiple repairs or a partial hardware rebuild.
