Description
This servo saver and bellcrank set is compatible with the 5IVE-T 3.0 and introduces a dual-sided composite servo saver designed to work with Losi's newer elastomer servo saver spring. Molded from strong composite material, the set links the steering servo to the front bellcrank assembly, translating servo movement into steering input at the front wheels. The dual-sided design helps distribute steering loads more evenly across the servo saver, which can reduce stress on the servo's output gears during hard steering inputs, curb strikes, or crashes, since the elastomer spring is designed to absorb sudden shock loads before they reach the servo itself. This is a factory-spec replacement for the 5IVE-T 3.0's steering system, useful for restoring proper steering feel and protection after a worn or cracked servo saver starts introducing play into the steering. Because it's built around the newer elastomer spring design, it also provides a more current alternative to the original servo saver setup for owners looking to improve steering durability.
